Q1: Why does the humidifier light flash and the buzzer sound? A: Under normal working conditions, when the water tank is removed, the product immediately stops working. The power indicator light flashes red once every second, accompanied by the buzzer sounding at the same frequency. When the water tank is replaced, the power indicator light remains blue, and the buzzer no longer sounds.

Q3: Why does the humidifier not produce mist? A: These issues can arise if the bottom magnet dislodges during transportation or for other reasons, causing the humidifier to lose its ability to sense water levels and generate mist. 1. Empty the water from the humidifier's water tank, invert the tank, and verify if the magnet has detached, as shown in the attached pictures.

Q4: Why isn't the humidifier producing warm mist? A: 1. The humidifier won't automatically produce warm mist upon activation. You need to press the heating button. 2. After turning on the humidifier, it takes 15 minutes for warm mist to start appearing. The maximum mist temperature is 40 degrees, as this is a children's humidifier designed to prevent burns from excessively hot mist.

Q5: Why does the humidifier start leaking after prolonged use? A: When foreign particles or dirt cause the drain valve to become stuck and fail to seal, it's essential to promptly clean the inside of the water tank to prevent this issue. It's also recommended to use filtered water if the water quality is poor over an extended period and to maintain a habit of regular cleaning.
