1. Product description
DVB-T/T2/C to IP streamer (in the text - module) designed to broadcast in multicast on an IP network the services (TV
or Radio programs) issued from FTA or encrypted digital reception. The IP streams can be viewed using an IPTV set-top
box or a software video player. The streamer can descramble encrypted services by two conditional access (CA) modules.
Module is intended for indoor use only.
2. Characteristics
Input: 4 DVB multi-program transport streams (MPTS).
Output: up to 256 simultaneous, IP-encapsulated services (TV or Radio programs), with individual multicast addresses
and 4 MPTS streams.

3. Safety instructions
Installation of the module must be done according to IEC60728-11 and national safety standards.
Any repairs must be made by skilled personnel.
Do not expose this module to moisture or splashing water and make sure no objects filled with liquids, such as vases,
are placed near or on the unit.
Avoid placing the module next to heat sources such as central heating components or in areas of high humidity.
Keep the converter away from naked flames.
If the module has been kept in cold conditions for a long time, bringing it into a warm environment may cause
condensation, so allow it to warm up for no less than 2 hours before plugging into the mains.
Ventilation should not be impeded by covering the module, such as newspapers, table-cloths, curtains etc.
Mount the module in a vertical position only. If installing in a 19" rack system additional forced air cooling fans may be
required (see table

Always allow 10 cm of free space from the top, front and bottom of the unit to enable any heat to be dissipated.
This product complies with the relevant clauses of the European Directive 2002/96/EC. The unit must be recycled
or discarded according to applicable local and national regulations.

    5. Installation instructions Read the safety instructions first. All settings can be made using the web browser via the control Ethernet interface. Disconnect the power supply unit from the mains before making all connections of modules. Fasten the module on DIN RAIL or individual holder. Connect all necessary RF, powering and control cables.

  • Page 6 7. Operating 7.1 Initial configuration All modules leave the factory with this control Ethernet interface IP address: 192.168.1.10. In order to avoid conflicts with other IP addresses, it is necessary to perform an initial configuration in local mode. Subsequently, it will be possible to access the modules via the local area network (LAN), either to re-programme it or to check is operating status.

    Just check the “Log filtering” checkboxes. Messages will be filtered automatically. The “Erase Logs” button will delete all logs from the system. The “Download” button creates a logs.json file that can be added as an attachment for help. Messages will be exported in English, regardless of language selection. Each entry has a log time when the event occurred.

    The web interface will check the contents of the file as soon as you select the file and prevent the import of invalid content. If the contents of the file are correct, the screen will display the type of device and its description from which the file was exported.
