Emergency (SOS)
If there is no emergency number selected on the phone,
pressing and holding the SOS button will dial the
emergency number 112.
You can select five Emergency Contacts. Pressing and
holding the SOS button (located on the back of the
phone) will initiate the emergency procedure. The phone
will start the alarm and will call previously assigned phone
numbers, one after one. The phone dials each
emergency number three times. If the Recipient does not
answer the phone for 20 seconds, the phone will start
calling the next listed Emergency Contact.
If an Emergency Contact answers the phone call, the
phone will go into speakerphone mode and will end the
emergency procedure.
If none of Emergency Contacts answer the phone, the
phone will automatically send the emergency text
message (if enabled in SOS settings) to assigned
Emergency Contacts; the phone will display the medical
history of the User, and will remain in the emergency
mode for 1 hour – it means that the first incoming phone
call will be automatically answered in the speakerphone
mode. To disable emergency mode, press and hold the
SOS key.
10.1.1 Assigning, Deleting, Editing Emergency
Contacts

your Emergency Contacts will always answer your phone
call or make sure their voicemail is always disabled.
