Installation Method

Please plug in the power only after completing all installation and opening the water valve.

Before Installation

  • Read the instructions carefully before installing.
  • Plug in only after complete installation then supply water.
  • The new hose sets supplied with the appliance are to be used and that old hose-sets should not be reused.

Installation Procedure
*Do not use heavy duty tools and excessive power when tightening the connections.
*Do not use Teflon tape when connecting the hose to the water supply valve and the bidet unit.

  1. How to install bidet seat on basin with water flushing system.
    Installation Procedure - Step 1
  1. How to install bidet seat on general tank toilet.
    • Turn the water supply valve clockwise to lock, and separate the toilet hose using a spanner

  1. Connect the T-connector to the basin hose.
    Installation Procedure - Step 3
  • Turn off the cold waterline supply valve clockwise, and disconnect the basin hose using a spanner.
  • Install the T-connector between the valve and the basin hose.
  1. Connect the T-valve to the toilet and toilet hose
  • Place the T-Connector between the toilet and the toilet hose
  1. Remove the existing toilet seat.
    Installation Procedure - Step 4
  • Unfasten the nut and remove the toilet seat.
  • Save the old toilet seat lid and nuts for reinstallation later.
  • Place the template on the toilet after removing the toilet seat cover.
  1. Install the base bracket.
    Installation Procedure - Step 5
  • Place the fixing bolt on the base bracket.
  • Align the front of the bidet body and the front of the toilet before fastening the nuts.
  1. Install the bidet and secure the remote control holder
  • Slide the bidet and install it.

  • Secure the remote control holder to the wall with screws or peel off the double-sided tape sticker on the back of the remote
  1. Connect the hose and turn on the water

  • Connect the hose to the T-Connector and the bidet.
  • Turn the water supply valve counterclockwise to allow water flow
  • Connect the outlet.

Operation Check

  1. Turn the water supply valve counterclockwise to check for water leakage.
  2. Connect the power plug into electrical outlet.
  3. Pressing the Posterior button will make water flow into the water tank.
  4. Check the functions of ter each use.

Additional Installation Guide

Adjustment method using gap plate between pottery(toilet) and seat

When there is a gap between the inside of the seat and pottery (toilet)
Additional Installation Guide - Step 1

  1. Place the catch plate as shown
  2. Combine the seat by pushing the plate
  3. Minimize the gap between the bidet and the tank, and install the seat backward

When there is a gap between the outside of the seat and pottery (toilet)

Stop
Press the Stop button when yo want to stop the function.
Dry
Use this after using wash function

  • Wipe off the water with toilet pap before using dry function for pleasant using.

Water Pressure, Nozzle Position

  • Can control in 5 levels of water pressure and nozzle position.

Water Pressure and Nozzle Position Adjustment

  • Water pressure and nozzle position can be adjusted in 5 levels.

UV LEDLight (Option)

  • UV LED eliminates germs and bacterias as well as sterilizing the bowl.
  • When UV LED function is activated, UV LED will turn on and it will automatically turn Auto off while seated.

* Power save *
In power saving mode, if left unused

  • In power saving mode, if left unused for more than 1 hour, both the water temperature and seat temperature are reduced by one level compared to their current settings.
  • When the product is used again, the temperature will return to the original temperature setting.

Auto Deodorization (VB-4000SE,VB-4100SR)

  • The default product setting is always ON on automatic deodorization.
  • While someone sits on the seat (detects by the seat sensor) auto deodorization turns on and activates. If a person stands up after using the bidet (if it is not detected by the seat sensor), it will be turned off after I minute of operation.

Posterior/Rhythm

  • Press Posterior/Rhythm button, to operate washing function.
  • Press Posterior/Rhythm button again during using this function. Rhythm(Pulsating) function will work.

Feminine/Rhythm

  • Press Feminine/Rhythm button, to operate Feminine function.
  • Press Feminine/Rhythm button again when during using this function, Rhythm(pu sating) function will work

Turbo Wash

  • Press Turbo button, Turbo wash will operate.
  • It starts from the lowest water pressure

Dry Temperature

  • 3 levels of Water Temperature //Seat Temperature / Dry Temperature

Nozzle Cleaning

  • You can clean the nozzle by pressing the Nozzle cleaning button.

Maintenance

* Unplug the power code when cleaning the filter.

Clean the Filter
Clean the Filter - Step 1

  1. Turn the water supply valve clockwise to stop water supply.
  2. Release the bidet hose of the main body to separate the filter.
  3. Clean the filter with toothbrush or like object.
  4. Tighten the bidet hose on to the main body and turn the water supply valve counterclockwise to supply water.
  • Drain off the water from the water tank when not using the product for a long time, or when moving the product to another place.

    • It can cause water pollution and the leakage during transportation.

Clean the Nozzle.
Only the nozzle will extend out without spraying water.

  • Use a soft brush or toothbrush to clean.
    * Do not pull out or push the nozzle forcibly. It may cause breakage or damage.

Troubleshooting

When you think the product is out of order, refer to the following for immediate measures.

Heated Seat

Trouble Possible causes Solution

The seat does not
warm up

Is the bidet power on?
(Check the power LED on the display panel.)
Unplug the power cord, wait for 5 minutes, then plug it back and check the power.
Are the LED on the display panel and side control panel flashing? If the power+power-save LED on the main unit are flashing together, it indicates a water supply issue. supply issue.
Open the water supply valve fully and perform hard reset.

Have you replaced the remote control batteries? Have you inserted them correctly? Please replace with new batteries and check the polarity.
Is the temperature set to a low level, or is it turned off? Adjust seat temperature with Seat Temp button on the remote control or the side with control panel.
Is it in power saving mode? When the power-save mode is on, you may need to wait for about 3 to 5 minutes, or you can turn off the power-save mode and use the desired temperature at any time.
The heater automatically switches off after the user has been seated for 1 hour. It turns back on when the user stand up.
  • This is a safety measure to prevent low-temperature burns.

Posterior Wash, Feminine Wash, Turbo Wash Function

Trouble Possible causes Solution

The water is cold

Is the bidet power on?
(Check the power LED on the display panel.)
Unplug the power cord, wait for 5 minutes, then plug it back and check the power.
Are the LED on the display panel and side control panel flashing? If the power+power-save LED on the main unit are flashing together, it indicates a water supply issue. Open the water supply valve fully and perform hard reset. If any other LED is flashing after following the above steps, support@vovoeu.com
Have you replaced the remote control batteries?
Have you inserted them correctly?
Please replace with new batteries and check the polarity.
Is the temperature set to a low level, or is it turned off? Adjust water temperature with Seat Temp button on the remote control or the side control panel.
Is it in power saving mode? If you find it difficult to wait for the cold water to warm up each time, please turn off the power-save mode, so you can use the warm water immediately.
Is the water shut off valve fully open? Please fully open the water shut off valve.

The water pressure is low

Is the water pressure set to a low level? Adjust the water pressure to higher level.
Is the filter located on the water inlet(elbow) clogged? Clean the filter.

The water spray stops during use

Posterior / Feminine / TURBO wash will perform for 1 minute and it will stop automatically. Press the Posterior / Feminine / TURBO wash button again.
Is the human body away from the seat sensor? Refer to locate the Seat Sensor and ensure that it is detecting the human body.

Remote Control

Trouble Possible causes Solution

The remote control
is not working

Is the bidet power on? (Check the power LED on the display panel.) Unplug the power cord, wait for 5 minutes, then plug it back and check the power.
Are the LED on the display panel and side control panel flashing? If the power+power-save LED on the main unit are flashing together, it indicates a water supply issue. Open the water supply valve fully and perform hard reset. If any other LED is flashing after following the above steps, support@vovoeu.com
Have you replaced the remote control batteries? Have you inserted them correctly? Please replace with new batteries and check the polarity.
Are the transmitter of the remote and the receiver on the main unit obstructed? Remove any obstruction that may be blocking the transmitters and the receiver.
Are the transmitter of the remote and the receiver on the main unit contaminated? Wipe away any contamination.
Is the human body away from the seat sensor? Refer to locate the Seat Sensor and ensure that it is detecting the human body.

Drying

Trouble Possible causes Solution

The drying air temperature is low

Is the air temperature set to low level? Adjust the air temperature with Dry Temp button on the remote control or the side control panel.

The air blow stops
in progress

The drying function will operate for 3 minutes and then stop automatically. Press Dry again.
It may stop if the user changes their position while sitting. Refer to locate the Seat Sensor and ensure that it is detecting the human body.

The drying function is not functioning

Is the human body away from the seat sensor? Refer to locate the Seat Sensor and ensure that it is detecting the human body.

Deodorization (VB-4000SE, VB-4100SR)

Trouble Possible causes Solution

The deodorization
function is not operational

Is the human body away from the seat sensor? Please refer to locate the Seat Sensor and ensure that it is detecting the human body.
Have you activated the deodorization function using the remote control? (Only VB-4000SE, VB-4100SR has the deodorization function.) Refer to activate the deodorization function.
When the deodorization function is activated, it will automatically turn on when the seat sensor detects a human body and will turn off after the seat sensor does not detect a human body for 1 minute.

Power Supply

Trouble Possible causes Solution

The unit has no
power

Is there a power outage or is the circuit breaker switched off? Wait until the power is restored. Or switch on the circuit breaker.
Is the power LED on the main body's display panel turned off? Press and hold the Stop button on the side control panel of the main body for 3 seconds to turn on the power.

Seat Sensor

Trouble Possible causes Solution
All wash function or deodorant function operates
without someone sitting on the seat.
Is the seat sensor blocked with wet towel? Remove the wet towel.
Is the area where the seat sensor is located wet? Use a dry cloth to wipe away the water.

Power Saving

Trouble Possible causes Solution

Power saving is not working

Is the unit unplugged or is there a power outage? Plug in the unit or wait for the power to be restored.
Is the power save mode turned on? If the power-save LED on the main body is turned off, press the STOP button on the side control panel of the main unit while not seated turned off, press the STOP button on the side to turn on the power save mode.
