Important Notes Air quality is a key factor in maintaining the comfort and health of building occupants, optimizing production processes and reducing the environmental impact. Therefore, it is necessary to perform filters change-out when they are no longer functioning properly or at an optimum point to maintain desired level of filtration at minimum cost. -

1.0 Introduction 1.1 About this Document This document contains the information necessary to properly install, operate and maintain the AAF AstroPure™ 600N. The purchaser, installer and operator of this equipment MUST read and comply with this document in its entirety prior to installation of the equipment and its operation. 2.2 Application AstroPure™ 600N is designed as a multi-application air purifier, it can be used to improve the air quality of the recirculation air by reducing PM2.5, bacteria, and virus carried by building occupants entering the room. It is also recommended for Negative Pressure rooms to clean exhaust/contaminated air before releasing it to the environment. -

3.3 Housing Installation 1. Housing installation and commissioning should be handled by at least 2 trained and qualified personnel. 2. There are two recommended methods of installation. B) 4x hanging bracket at side of the housing. (Use for M6/M8 threaded rod with nut) (820x335) mm 3. - Page 9 Step 1 Open the door latches as per shown in figure above, to open the filter access door. The access door can be taken out by sliding to the right from the detachable hinge. Pull out the used filters and placed them in a trash bag and seal up immediately. *The HEPA filter can be pulled out using the straps attached on the HEPA filter.
