TROUBLESHOOTING GUIDE
CAUSE
• Switch off and disconnect the USB cable from the
pump. Let the pump rest for 10 minutes before
restarting.
• Recharge the battery.
• Use another air pump with a larger air flow capacity.
• Use the pointed nozzle to fully push open the air
valve during inflation.
• Make sure the output of the external power adapter,
such as USB Wall Charger, Portable USB Charger,
12V Car Charger or USB Port is rated 5V / 2A or
more.
