Troubleshooting

Before calling for service, review the chart below

PROBLEM	POSSIBLE CAUSE	CORRECTIVE ACTION
Unit fails to operate	Power Off	Turn power On
	Power cord unplugged	Plug in power cord
	Water tank not fitted correctly	Re-position water tank
	Water tank is Full (P2 appears on the display)	Empty water tank
	Defrosting (P1 appears on the display)	After defrosting, the unit will start dehumidifying again
Performance decreased	Blocked air filter	Wash and dry nylon air filter
	Room windows and doors open	Close room windows and doors
	Obstacles in air outlet or air inlet	Remove obstacles
Unit noisy	Unstable setting of unit	Reposition unit on a flat, level surface
Unit noisy	Blocked air filter	Wash and dry nylon air filter
Water on floor	Hose to connector or hose connection may be loose	Tighten hose connections
Water on floor	Intended to use the tank to collect water, but the back drain plug is removed	Install back drain plug
E1 or E2 appears in the display	Humidity sensor error or Temperature sensor error	Unplug the unit and plug it back in, if error repeats, call for service
