Mounting the emulsifying disk
1. Place the drive on the motor base.
2. Place the processing bowl into the motor and turn it clockwise so that it sits firmly on the
motor base.
3. Place the blade adapter on the drive.
4. Place the emulsifying disk on the blade adapter.
5. Turn the emulsifying disk to the correct position.
6. Place the lid on the bowl and turn it clockwise until the lid clicks onto the bowl.
7. Place the pusher into the feeding chute.

Notes (emulsifying disk):
- Emulsion disk can be used to mix cheese and egg, to quickly make mayonnaise and
pudding.
- Do not use the emulsion disk to knead flour.
