Fine grater and slicing knife
1. Place the drive on the motor base.
2. Place the processing bowl into the motor and turn it clockwise so that it sits firmly on the
motor base.
3. Install the desired blade on the blade holder.
4. Place the blade holder on the drive.
5. Place the lid on the bowl
6. Turn the lid clockwise until the lid clicks into place on the bowl.
7. Place the food in the feeding tube.
8. Use the pusher to push the food down for processing.
Notes:
- Choose the desired disc based on the processed food and the desired shape of the food.
- Push gently when adding food.
- If necessary, pre-cut the food into smaller pieces, depending on the diameter of the
feeding tube.
- Feed gradually for better effect. When cutting soft foods, choose a lower speed to prevent
the food from becoming too soft. If large quantities of food need to be cut, cut them into
multiple portions. 1200ml for one batch.
