Recently our proofer has stopped heating correctly to proof. We have increased the heat knob from 2 to 4 and the thermostat reads between 90 and 100 but the proofer takes an extremely long time and is not proofing the bread the way it used to. We have cleaned the water tray and unit to try to correct the problem but no results. We have had this unit for about a year and a half. Is this a problem with the heating element?
