USING THE CORE PROBE During the cooking cycle, the probe detects the temperature at the core of the product. It reaches the temperature set by the user when the product is perfectly cooked both on the surface and on the inside.

MULTITIME It often happens to simultaneously cook products that need different cooking times but same conditions (temperature, humidity, etc.). The “MULTI.TIME” menu allows you to use the oven continuously and set up to 10 timers for each dish. Using this function, the oven maintains the set temperature and humidity indefinitely. Manual cooling or SMART.Preheating If the actual temperature detected in the cavity is higher than the set temperature (for example because the oven has recently finished cooking at a much higher temperature than required preheated temperature), the oven will start to cool the cavity using the fans.
