Exclusive Nozzle for ER-VS Series

1 OUTLINE
● This product is the exclusive nozzle for the ultra-compact ionizer spot type (ER-VS Series).
● In order to use this product, the conductive tube (ER-AT50) (optional) is required.
2 SPECIFICATIONS

Accessories Attachment (White): 1pc., Insulating pipe: 1pc.
3 MOUTING
● On the ultra-compact ionizer spot type (ER-VS Series), a protective film is affixed on the nozzle fitting part.
Be sure to remove it before fitting the nozzle.
● The insulating pipe and the attachment are enclosed with the nozzle. Mount them as decribed below.
Procedure
1. Insert the insulating pipe into the center of the nozzle
(ER-VAJT-64). (Note 1)
2. Direct the convex part of the center of the attachment towards
you (see the right figure) and inserted it into ER-VS main unit.
3. In the state of 1,insert them into the nozzle fitting part of
ER-VS main unit. (Note 1)
4. Mount the nozzle into the nozzle fitting part of ER-VS main
unit.The tightening torque should be 6N･m or less.
5. Insert the conductive tube (ER-AT50) (optional) into the one-
touch joint section of the nozzle. (Note 2)
Notes: 1) Be sure to fit the insulating pipe and the attachment. When they are not fitted,
the static removal efficiency deteriorates considerably.
2) After connecting the conductive tube, pull it toward you to make sure it does not
detach. If the tube disconnects, pull the one-touch joint section toward you and
reconnect the tube securely. After the reconnection, pull the tube toward you
again to confirm that it does not disconnect.
4 CAUTIONS
● This product has been developed / produced for industrial use only.
● Use the product by the air pressure according to the tube length.
● The static removal efficiency depends upon the air pressure value. Use the product by the appropriate air pressure.
● The longer the conductive tube (ER-AT50), the less effective the static removal efficiency. Cut off the tube at the desired
length to meet your conditions for use.
● Use an attachment suitable for nozzle.
● The conductive tube (ER-AT50) is consumables. Replace it when fading or cracking etc. due to deterioration is found.

● 本製品をご使用になるには、別売の導電性チューブ(ER-AT50)が必要です。

取り付け
● 超小型イオナイザ･スポットタイプ(ER-VSシリーズ)には、ノズル取付部に保護フィルムが貼ってあります。必ず剥が
してからノズルを取り付けてください。
● ノズルには、絶縁パイプおよびアタッチメントが付属されています。下記のように取り付けてください。
手順
1. ノ ズル(ER-VAJT-64)の中心部に絶縁パイプを差し込みます。(注1)
2. ア タッチメントをアタッチメント中心部の凸部を手前(右図参照)に
して、ER-VS本体へ挿入します。(注1)
3. 1の状態でER-VS本体のノズル取付部に挿入します。
4. ノ ズルをER-VS本体ノズル取付部に取り付けます。そのときの締め
付けトルクは、6N･m以下としてください。
5. 別 売の導電性チューブ(ER-AT50)をノズルのワンタッチ継手 部 に 挿
入してください。(注2)
(注1)： 絶縁パイプおよびアタッチメントは、必ず取り付けてください。
取り付けない場合、除電性能が著しく低下します。
(注2)： チューブ装着後、必ずチューブを手前に引いて、チューブが抜けないことを確認
してください。チューブが抜ける場合は、ワンタッチ接手部を手前に引いてから
チューブを再度装着してください。装着後は再びチューブを手前に引いて、抜け
ないことを確認してください。

注意事項
● 本製品は、工業環境に使用する目的で開発/製造された製品です。
● チューブ長に適したエア圧力でご使用ください。
● エア圧力値により、除電効果が異なります。最適なエア圧力でご使用ください。
● 導電性チューブ(ER-AT50)は長くなる程、除電効果が低下します。ご使用になる条件に合わせて適切な長さに切断して
ください。
● 適用アタッチメントは、必ずノズルに合ったものをご使用ください。
● 導電性チューブ(ER-AT50)は消耗品です。劣化による変色またはひび割れなどが確認された場合は、交換してください。
