CS2X DISASSEMBLY PROCEDURE Bottom Assembly Remove the thirty-three (33) screws marked [165]. The bottom assembly can then be removed. (Fig. 1) Bottom assembly Fig.1 [165]: Bonding Tapping Screw-B 4.0X10 MFZN2BL (VJ254100) DM Circuit Board Remove the bottom assembly (See Procedure 1.) Remove the two (2) screws marked [80], and the screw marked [100A].

CS2X PN1/2 & PN2/2 Circuit Boards Remove the bottom assembly. (See Procedure 1.) Remove the DM circuit board with the shield box. (See Procedure 2-2.) Pull off the ten (10) knobs. Remove the ten (10) screws marked [170A]. The PN 1/2 circuit board can then be removed. (Fig. 5) The LE 1/2 circuit board is mounted on the PN 1/2 circuit board.

CS2X When you re-install the LC circuit board, you should tighten the screws marked [60B] in the oeder of a, b shown in the figure. (Fig. 5) After the LC circuit board has been removed, the reflection sheet can then be removed. After that, remove both the back-lit lens with the rubber connectors and the LCD.

CS2X Assembling of Keyboard Assembly Install the white keys CEGB in the lower notes, then install the DFA and C’ keys. Afterwards, install the black keys in the higher notes, and tighten the twenty-one (21) screws marked [140]. (Fig. 8) Install the rubber contacts in the assembly while pressing the keys as shown in Figure 9.
