Introduction
SUNIX LAN2225P is a dual port POE network card based on 2.5G Base-T which meets the
high bandwidth requirement. Equipped with intel I225 network chip, LAN2225P allows
enterprise users to expand the intel vPro capability for various network applications.
Designed for IEEE 802.3 at , the max. output for each port is up to 30W. It is very easy to
deploy the network environments with one network cable and no external power
required. With isolation design, LAN2225P can ensure the safety of system and the
preservation of data when a lightning strike occurs.

Hardware Installation
The hardware installation of PCIe Serial board is easy to carry out. Before inserting the card into
the PCIe Express bus, please follow the detailed steps given below to install the PCIe Serial board
in your computer.
SAFETY FIRST
Step 1: Turn your PC's power off, and shut off the power to any peripheral.
Step 2: Remove the power plug from the plug socket.
Step 3: Remove the cover from the computer case.
Step 4: If fitted. Remove the metal cover plate on the rear of a free PCI-E slot.
Step 5: Insert PCI Express Serial Communication Card into the free PCI-E slot
and screw it firmly on the bracket side.
Step 6: Plug-in the power cable to the Card.
Step 7: Place the cover back onto the computer.
Step 8: Insert the plug into the plug socket.

Driver Installation
SUNIX LAN2225P PCI Express 2.5G Network card supports Windows and Linux
operation system. Users can install the driver via the attached CD or download the
