CHAPTER 3 – INSTALLATION HYDRAULIC LINE CONNECTION (ref. figure 3) • Connect hydraulic hose to the fittings; • Tighten thoroughly; • Connect the air-hydraulic pump to an external air supply (not included with jack); • Check the pneumatic control operations for proper performance. For extended service and proper operation, it is recommended that external air supply include a water separator, lubricator and pressure reducer.

LIFTING Never raise the jack beam beyond rated height. The manufacturer will not be responsible for the damage because of the incorrect operation. • Check and keep the lift rail channel clean of debris and any object that may hinder the movement of the bridge jack.
