Speaker is not powered
Speaker does not pair with mobile device

Cleaning
•
Clean the plastic surface with a soft dry cloth.
•
Clean the mesh with a small vacuum or air canister.
•
Do not allow any liquids to spill onto the speaker.
•
Do not place the speaker near a source of heat or in direct sunlight.

What to do
•
Firmly connect the end of the power supply to the
speaker and twist the barrel connector ¼ turn.
Connect the power supply to a live AC outlet.
•
On your mobile device, turn off Bluetooth and turn it
•
back on.
Remove the "Lencore Desktop Speaker" from the
•
Bluetooth list on your mobile device. Try pairing
again.
•
Assure your mobile device and the speaker are
powered on.
•
Assure the volume is turned up on the mobile device
and speaker.
•
Try pairing another mobile device.
•
Move the mobile device closer to the speaker and
away from any interference.
•
Try pairing another mobile device.
•
Assure the source audio's quality is not the cause.
