1. General Introduction 1.1 Introduction PTP-H100 hydraulic (Oil & Water) high pressure calibration test pump is a hand operated pressure pump designed to generate and control to 100 MPa (15,000 psi). PTP-H100 User Manual 2.3 Zero the product 2.3.1 Turn vent/release valve and priming pump isolation valve, CCW until the valve is fully open then wait over 5 seconds. 2.3.2 Turn fine pressure adjustment wheel, to the middle position. 2.3.3 Read the zero pressure after set zero from reference gauge and UUT. -

2.7.1 Remove the drain plug to drain the contaminated media. Tilt the PTP-H100 then open the drain plug to drain out the contaminated media to a container. At this time, a container of more than 1 liter is used because nearly 500 cc of media may come out. -
