    1.4 Getting Started 1.4.1 Insert the Memory Card Insert memory card with the gold pins facing forward, and the display of the host is toward up, see the picture as below, 1.4.2 Remove the Memory Card Turn off the scooter’s engine, and the camera will power off accordingly. Once the camera is completely powered off, you can remove the memory card from memory slot.

    1.5 Setting Go Moto Plus App 1.5.1 Download and Install The camcorder allows you to connect to the smart phone via the app. When using for the first time, install the [Go Moto Plus] app for your smart phone. 1. Scan below QR code or download Go Moto Plus app from Google Play or App Store. 2.

    1.5.2 Wi-Fi Connection 1. When the host is power on, Wi-Fi will be valid for 3 minutes. 2. The host screen will display Wi-Fi Device ID and Password. Using the Wi-Fi function of your smart phone, search for the camcorder ID “hp_m680_xxxxxx” from the list (last 6 numbers are system random numbers).

    2 Installation Below installation is for reference only. Please contact professional shops and technician for installation. 2.1 Connect Host and Accessories Connect host with power cable, front camera, rear camera, GPS and Remote Control according to connector’s colors. Note: 1. The power installation can be assembled by ACC cable or USB cable. 2.

    2.2 Installation Position Item Installation position To be fixed on scooter’s head or the central of front case. Or Front camera use rear-view-mirror mount and fix it on the scooter’s rear- view-mirror. Remote control To be fixed on the front handle. To be fixed on a good reception of front handle.

    2.3 Power Cable Riding Mode: Choose either power ACC cable or power USB cable for installation. When installation is completed, the host will power on and automatically start recording once the engine starts. When the engine shuts down, the host will be powered off. Some of motorcycles still supply power to USB port after engine is turned off, and the host keeps recording.

    2.3.1 Install Power ACC Cable Plug the red terminal of power ACC cable into red terminal of the host. See the rendering as below. The other end of ACC wire must connected with ACC gate of motorcycle. DO NOT connect with the battery directly. This installation is required professional skill and highly suggested to do so through the technician in the shop.

    2.3.2 Install Power USB Cable Plug the red terminal of power USB cable into red terminal of the host. The other end of USB connector plugs into USB port of motorcycle. NOTE: Some of motorcycles still supply power to USB port after engine is turned off, and the host keeps recording.

    2.4 Install Front Cam on Rear-View Mirror The front camera(with black terminal) can be assembled on the front shell or the handle of motorcycle. Use “rear-view mirror mount”, it can be assembled on the rear-view mirror bar, too. Suggest mounting it on the right side of rear-view mirror bar. Dissemble the original mount from the camera.
  • Page 19 Insert A of the Mount in the middle of metal ring, and confirm the white mark on camera is always positioned up. This is to make sure the capture image is in correct angle. Use screw driver to fix to the Mount. Take out the rear-view-mirror from the motorcycle.
  • Page 20: Install The Host On Rear-View Mirror

    It’s highly recommended to install the Rear-view-mirror Mount on the right side of the motorcycle. If install in the left side, below image for reference. 2.5 Install the Host on Rear-View Mirror The host can be assembled inside the cabinet. Use “light shield mount”, it can be assembled on the rear-view mirror bar, too.
  • Page 21 Assemble the rear-view mirror back to the handle. Use hexagon spanner to loose the screw in the central of light shield mount. The screw will be rose, but it won’t be dropped out. Use hands to pull out the clickers on two sides.
  • Page 22 Insert the memory card into the host. Put the host in the light shield mount. Close the mount until a “click” sound heard. Screw the mount tightly. Generate the wires. Starts the engine. After the host turns on, use adjustable mount and Z type mount to adjust the screen position.

    2.6 Adjust View Angle Use screen or Go Moto Plus app to preview and adjust the view angle. 2.7 Calibration and Format After adjusting your viewing angle, tap in the Go Moto Plus app to enter “Camera Setting”. On first use, be sure to calibrate “Tilt Sensor” and “Format” microSD card. Calibrate the Tilt Sensor: Hold your motorcycle upright, straight and still as possible, then tap on “Tilt Sensor”...

    3 Use Moto Cam 3.1 Recording In the normal recording mode, the LED on remote control will flash slowly. The recorded files will be saved in the “Video” folder. If the LED flashes rapidly, it is in emergency recording mode. The recorded files will be saved in the “Emergency” folder.

  • Page 26 3.3 Emergency Recording There are two ways to activate emergency recordings. 1. Automatically After calibration is done, turn on the “Emergency Recording” option from Settings. If an accident happens and the motorcycle is toppled over, the host will trigger emergency recording. The screen will keep flashing yellow and white triangle warning icon.
  • Page 27 3.4 Speed Cam Alert If the Speed Cam Alert function is enabled, once your location is determined by GPS and approaches a speed cam, the remote control produces audible alert and the host will pop-up screen message. To enable the Speed Cam Alert, do the following: 1.
  • Page 28 3.5 Add Speed Cam Point You may customize speed cam positions in this product. 1. When the GPS positioning is completed , press to update speed camera points. 2. This product features a capacity of 50 speed cam positions. In case you are trying to add more than that the system prompts with message "Speed Position is full".

The host will stop parking mode, and resume to normal recording and stop obtaining power from this external power bank.   • Page 30 3.7 Playback Video and Photo To playback the file, perform the following steps, Press button to stop recording and enter menu settings. Press button to select Playback, and press button to enter. button to select Video / Emergency / Picture, and press Press button to enter.
  • Page 31 3.9 HUD The HUD function can check current riding speed, date/time and heading direction. The HUD mode won’t disturb the recording, nor the speed cam alert. There are two ways to enter HUD mode. 1. Manually In the preview screen, press button to enter.

  • Page 35 4.2 Playback, delete, download You can use this feature to playback or delete the file saved in camcorder, or to download the file from camcorder to your mobile device. 1. Touch the icon [Camera File]. 2. The files saved in the camcorder will be displayed on your smart phone. Camcorder will stop recording for a few seconds until your smart phone finishes reading the saved files from camcorder.

  • Page 37 4.3 Local Album You can use this feature to playback or delete the file that you download in your smart phone. The file can be opened and reviewed without Wi-Fi connection to the camera. Tap the icon [Album] below the home page. The camera will stop recording if it’s connected with app.

  • Page 39 4.4 Edit Video or Picture Open the downloaded file in “Album”, then, tap Edit icon. The video or picture can be edited. Edit video: Remove original audio/voice, and embed favorite music from the recommendations. Edit picture: Crop the picture, or change the color of picture from recommendations.
