    4 Service Fixture & Tools 4.1. Service Fixture and Tools The following Service Fixture and Tools are used for checking and servicing this unit. 4.2. Clean Box • The repair quality is considered, and it is recommended working in the environment of satisfied clean level less than class 10,000 (Federal Standard 209D).

    5 Maintenance 5.1. Notice in external cleaning 5.1.1. Dust / Dirt on the outer casing part (s) 1. Blow off the dust first, then sweep out the dust from narrower spaces with soft cleaning brush. 2. Wipe up fingerprint and/or dirt on the Outer casing part with the dry fuzz-free cloth. 5.1.2.

    6 Disassembly and Assembly Instructions 6.1. Removal of the FRONT RING Lift up the FRONT RING by using a small flat blade screw driver or similar tool and remove. (Figure 6.1-1.) It's held in place by doublesided tape and it's recommended to replace with a brand new one whenever it's removed. NOTE: When assembling Meet concave of the FRONT RING and convex as shown below.

    6.2. Removal of the DECORATION RING Lift up the DECORATION RING by using a small flat blade screw driver or similar tool and remove. (Figure 6.2.-1.). It's held in place by doublesided tape and it's recommended to replace with a brand new one whenever it's removed. 6.3.

    6.4. Removal of the L MOUNT UNIT Remove a screw (B) and 3 screws (C), then remove the L MOUNT UNIT. (Figure 6.4.-1, 6.4.-2) NOTE: When assembling Each number means tightening order. Tightening torque for (B) is 8.0 ±1.0 N•cm. and (C) is 20 ±1.2 N•cm. 6.5.

    6.6. Removal of the 5th LENS FRAME UNIT Disconnect a connector and remove 3 screws (D) as shown Figure 6.6.-1, then lift up the 5th LENS FRAME UNIT. NOTE: When assembling 1. Hook 2 tabs of the flexible cable as shown Figure 6.6.-2 and install the 5th LENS FRAM UNIT. 2.

    6.7. Removal of the 1st LENS FRAME UNIT Turn the CAM BARREL UNIT clockwise as shown Figure 6.7.-1 and lift up the 1st LENS FRAME UNIT. NOTE: When assembling Install the 1st LENS FRAM UNIT so that the phase mark is set as shown figure 6.7.-2.

    6.8. Removal of the CAM BARREL UNIT Turn the CAM BARREL UNIT counterclockwise as shown Figure 6.8.-1 and lift up until it is separated from the 1st LENS FRAME UNIT. NOTE: When assembling 1. Apply the grease(VFK1298A) to all inside grooves(X) and gear of the CAM BARREL UNIT, then spread it out with a brush as shown Figure 6.8.-2.

    6.9. Removal of the 2nd LENS FRAME UNIT Lift up the 2nd LENS FRAME UNIT. (Figure 6.9.-1) NOTE: When assembling Install the 2nd LENS FRAME UNIT as shown Figure 6.9.-2. 6.10.
