2. Safety precautions
Warning!
 Keep the resin out of the mouth, or injury to death can occur. If
swallowed, vomit it by immediately having a plenty of water,
then see a physician.
 Keep the resin out of the eye, or serious damage can occur to
the eye. If the resin gets in the eye, immediately wash it off with
water, then see an eye doctor. Use glasses or other eye protector.
 While handing the resin, maintain proper ventilation, or poi-
soning can occur.
 Avoid handling the resin nearby fire, or it can take fire.
Caution!
 Avoid skin contact with the resin, or a rash can gloves or othe
protector.
 Keep the resin out of children's reach.

3. Configuration of the Kit
This kit consists of following parts. When unpacking, make sure that
all these are included.
● Mold case consisting of upper and lower units ............1 set.
● Mold case injection port cover .............................. 1 pc.
● Resin (Unipack epoxy resin No.4, size B) ..................1 bag.
● Sandpaper ...................................................... 1 sheet.
● Adhesive tape (№23) .......................................... 5 sheet.
● Junction board (JB-100D) .................................... 1 pc.
● Spacer tape (P3，0.6m)....................................... 1 sheet.
● Bundle strap (Tylap TY-24M ) .................................4 pcs.

External case connection cable (Plain meshed copper wire, 3m)

5. Cable preteratment
5.1
Peel the cable sheaths from the conductors and cut
each conductor to the length described in the table.
