TROUBLESHOOTING

Possible cause
Mains power is not connected
Power is OFF
No disc is inserted
("no disc" will be shown on screen).
Disc is upside down.
("no disc" will be shown on screen).
Dirty disc
Deformed/scratched disc
Condensation in unit
Wrong audio output setting
Poor or missing cable connection
Downmix settings are wrong
Disc or TV program is recorded
in stereo
Sound in scart connecter is Volume
regulated.
Disconnection of video equipment
Wrong output setting of video output
Remedy
Connect to mains power outlet
Turn the power ON.
Insert a disc.
Reload disc.
The label side should face
upward.
Clean disc surface.
Replace disc.
Turn power on for 1-2 hours
before using the unit.
Check audio output setting
Check connections
Change downmix settings
Set prologic II on.
Turn the volume up to max..

speakers connected)
