Page 15: How To Assemble Hartop Gazbo
Step 1 :Connect the upper and lower parts of the rear column STEP 1 (A1,A2 and A3) together with column inserts(J1), put the column ferrules(T) in the center, and lock them with screws (FF).Place hexagonal caps(EE) over screw(FF). NOTE :Look at the picture to determine the location of the screw holes. - Page 16 Step 2 :Slide the rear spike cover(M3) into the rear column STEP 2 (A2), then secure the rear column(A2) to the rear column spike tabs(M1) and tighten with screws(FF).Slide the front spike cover(M4) into the front column(A4 and A5), then secure the front column to the front column spike tabs(M2) and tighten with screws(FF).
- Page 17 Step 3 :Insert the crossbar inserts(J2) into the left and right STEP 3 crossbars(B1,B2,B3 and B4), and then fasten the front and rear part of the left and right crossbars(B1,B2,B3 and B4) together with screws(FF). NOTE :Look at the picture to determine the location of the screw holes.
- Page 18 Step 4 :Install the side mosquito net tube(T1 and T2) on the STEP 4 crossbar(B1,B2,B3 and B4) with screws(FF), slide the mosquito net ring(HH) into the slots of the mosquito net tube(T1 and T2) from the side, each mosquito net tube(T1 and T2) has 12 mosquito net rings(HH).
- Page 19 Step 5 :Insert the intermediate crossbeam insert(J4) into the STEP 5 center beam(C5), and then fasten the left center beam(C3), right center beam(C4) and middle center beam(C5) together with screws (FF). NOTE :Look at the picture to determine the location of the screw holes.
- Page 20 Step 6 :Insert the crossbeam inserts(J2) into the center of the STEP 6 rear beam(D7), and then fasten the left part of rear crossbar (D5), the right part of rear crossbar(D6) and the center of the rear beam(D7) together with screws (FF).Fix the center beam stopper(S) to the rear crossbar(D5,D6 and D7) with screws (FF).
- Page 21 Step 7 :Secure the front crossbar(D8,D9 and D10) together STEP 7 as in the previous step.Install the long side mosquito net tube (T5,T6 and T7) on the front crossbar(D8,D9 and D10) with screws(FF), slide the mosquito net ring(HH) into the slots of the mosquito net tube(T5,T6 and T7) from the side, each mosquito net tube(T5 and T6) has 16 mosquito net rings(HH).
- Page 22 Step 8 :Fix the front and rear columns(A1 and A5,A3 and A4) STEP 8 together with the left and right side crossbars(B1 and B2,B3 and B4) with screws(KK), and then use screws(GG) to connect the diagonal brace(H1 and H2) with the left and right side crossbars(B1 and B2,B3 and B4) and the front and rear columns(A1 and A5,A3 and A4).Place the round cap(LL) over the screw(KK).

NOTE :Review the pictures to determine the location of the screw holes and the orientation of the parts.
- Page 25 Step 11 :Insert the side beam connectors(Y1) into the left and STEP 11 right side beam(F1,F2,F3 and F4), and then fasten the short and long of the left beam(F3 and F4) together with screws (GG),fix the short and long of the right beam(F1 and F2) together with screws(GG).

- Page 32 Step 18 :Fix the rear stopper(P1 and P2) to the upper part of STEP 18 the rear column(A1 and A3) with screws(GG), and then fix the sidebar stoppers(P3) to the left and right side beams(F1 and F3) with screws(GG) .Finally ,fix the upper and lower center beam stoppers(P4 and P5) to the intermediate beam (E1 and E2) with screws(GG) respectively.
