OPEN
1 Open the button door:

3 Insert the tape.
4 Close the tape door.
5 Select the TAPE function:
6 Start the tape playing:

Listening to cassette tape - more you can do
Playing Fast backward or Forward
Press bb /BB on the unit during playback, (or stop) press B (or xZ ) at a point
you want.
Pausing or restart a tape
Press [] on the unit during playback. Press this button again to resume play.

Listening to the radio
1 Select FM:
2 Select a radio station:
3 To save a radio station:
A preset number will show in the
display.
4 Select the preset number:
Up to 50 radio stations can be
saved.
5 To confirm press:

Looking for radio stations automatically
Press and hold TUN.-/ TUN.+ for more than a second. The tuner will scan
automatically and stop when it finds a radio station.
Deleting all the saved stations
1 Press and hold PROG./MEMO. for two seconds.
- "ERASE ALL" will flash up on the display.
2 Press PROG./MEMO..
Improving poor FM reception
Press B PLAY on the remote control. This will change the tuner from stereo to
mono and usually improve the reception.
