VL600 ACCLAIM FRESNEL
OVERVIEW
This document provides basic setup instructions and safety
warnings for the following product(s):
VL600 acclaim Fresnel (black body)
VL600 acclaim Frensel (white body)
iNStaLLatiON aNd SetuP
MOUNTING
The unit should be mounted via its screw holes on
the bracket. Always ensure that the unit is firmly
fixed to avoid vibration and slipping while operating.
Always ensure that the structure to which you are
attaching the unit is secure and is able to support
a weight of 10 times of the unit's weight. Always
use a safety cable that can hold up to 12 times the
weight of the unit when installing the fixture. The
luminaire must be mounted by professionals.
SETUP
CONTROL PANEL
1 Lcd display - shows menu and selected function
2 Buttons:
MeNu - to select programming functions
dOWN - to go forward in selected functions
uP - to go backward in selected functions
eNter - to confirm the selected function
3 POWer iN - connects to power supply
4 POWer Out - connects to next fixture
5 dMX iN - 5-pin XLr cable to link the dMX
console
6 dMX Out - 5-pin XLr cable to link next fixture
7 FuSe (t3.15a) - protects the unit from
overcurrent damage
