WARRANTY
Our CARABELA motomatics have a
90
days warranty period
if
any compo nent
of our engines is founded with fact ory defect.
The repair
or
replacement of defe ctive parts under this warranty will be made
without charge for parts or labor.
This warranty do not cover the followin g items: tires, tubes and electric
com-
ponents.
We do not recognize any claim for b a d use
or
abuse of the motorcycle.
To qualify any warranty, the deale r must agree that the failure was factory
defect.
