CHARGING

  • Rotate the charging port cap counterclockwise to unscrew it from the connector. Connect the output end of the adapter to the charging port. Tighten the power cord by screwing it clockwise and connect the adapter plug to the power supply.

  • When the adapter indicator light is red, charging is in progress. When charging is complete, the adapter indicator light will turn green.

NOTE: Ensure that the charging port cap is fully screwed in with no gap after charging or when the port is not in use.

OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS

OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS - Step 1
NOTE: Make sure the protective cap and charging port cap are screwed in all the way when no accessories are connected.

  • Press the ON/OFF button to start the machine. The LED will flash yellow when in standby mode.

  • Submerge the robotic pool cleaner into the pool and the indicator will turn green. While cleaning the bottom of the pool, the light will flash green. The light will display a green gradient while cleaning the walls.

NOTE: Pull out the antenna for better performance and aim the remote control towards the machine to control.

Operating from the App

Operating from the App with Skimmer/AC Power Supply accessories sold separately

  1. Connect your phone to your 2.4GHz WiFi (not 5GHz) and turn Bluetooth on.
    Additionally, ensure that GPS and Location Services are turned ON on your phone.
  2. Connect the Skimmer/AC Power Supply to the pool cleaner. Long press the WiFi button on the accessory for 3 seconds. The white light will blink, and then it is ready to be connected.
  3. Open the AIR.ai app and tap the "+" icon in the top right corner.
  4. The device will be automatically discovered. Choose your Wi-Fi network and enter the password. AIR.ai will start connecting to your device. Then you can use the app to control the pool cleaner.

CLEAN THE FILTER

Note: Disconnect the robotic pool cleaner from the power source before cleaning and maintenance.
It is recommended to clean the filter basket after each cleaning cycle.

  1. Press the button to open the filter cover and hold the handle to lift the basket.

  2. Remove the two panels with your thumbs.
  3. Clean the filter panels with a hose.

  4. Replace the filter basket and close the filter cover.

OFF-SEASON STORAGE

If the Pool Cleaner will not be in use for an extended period, perform the following storage steps:

  1. Make sure that no water is left in the Pool Cleaner.
  2. Thoroughly clean the filter basket and insert it back into place.
  3. Store the pool cleaner in a protected area out of direct sunlight, moisture, and extreme temperatures

TROUBLESHOOTING

Problems Possible reason Solution

The unit does not climb the walls

  1. The filter basket is clogged
  2. The battery is low
  1. Clean the filter basket.

The unit does not move

  1. The battery is low
  2. The cleaner is in manualcontrol mode but received no instructions to move
  3. The remote control is outof battery
  1. Charge the robotic pool cleaner
  2. Choose any clean mode or manually set it to move. Walk near the cleaner and point the remote control at it to control.
  3. Replace the battery of the remote control

The unit moves but does not clean the pool

The filter basket is clogged Clean the filter basket.

The machine did not follow the correct instructions

There may be an issue with the machine Turn off the Robotic pool cleaner for a minimum of 30 seconds and restart again. If it still doesn't work, contact Airthereal support for assistance.

SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

  1. To prevent injury, do not swim or move around the robotic pool cleaner during underwater operation. Maintain a safe distance to reduce the risk of potential accidents.
  2. This product is designed for cleaning swimming pools. Do not use the product for other purposes. Avoid using the cleaner on land to preserve its service life and effectiveness.
  3. The robotic pool cleaner does not require constant supervision while running. Exercise caution and adhere to safety guidelines to maintain a secure environment.
  4. Do not disassemble the robotic pool cleaner on your own, as there are no user serviceable parts inside except for the filter basket. Contact Airthereal support if you have any issues with your product.
  5. Prohibit children from using the robotic pool cleaner as a toy or riding on it. Ensure that the device is operated and maintained by responsible adults.
  6. When charging, place the robotic pool cleaner in a cool location without obstructions to prevent overheating and potential damage to internal electrical components. Use the recommended 28V DC voltage with the provided adapter.
  7. Periodically inspect the power cable, adapter, and other components for wear or damage. Promptly address any issues to ensure safe and effective operation.
  8. Clean the filter basket regularly and store the robotic pool cleaner in a cool, dry place when not in use. Avoid direct exposure to sunlight or extreme temperatures to preserve the device's performance and durability.
  9. Confirm that the pool water meets the minimum specified depth outlined in the specifications to prevent potential performance issues. Always make sure the robotic pool cleaner is fully submerged before you begin operation.
  10. Always ensure that the charging protective cap is securely in place and fully screwed on when not in use. Tighten the protective cap when no accessories are connected to prevent any potential damage.
  11. Clean the filter basket after each cleaning cycle. Regular cleaning ensures the efficient filtration of debris, contributing to the overall effectiveness of the robotic pool cleaner.
  12. Do not submerge your robotic pool cleaner in the pool for more than 12 hours per day to reduce the accumulation of moss on the brush which will affect performance.
  13. Be careful when lifting the robotic pool cleaner out of the pool, as it becomes heavier when filled with water.
  14. Before any maintenance, turn off the robotic pool cleaner and unplug it. Confirm the device is completely powered off to ensure safety during any required maintenance or filter cleaning.
  15. Always remove the cleaner from the pool when super chlorinating or adding acid. This precautionary measure safeguards the robotic cleaner from exposure to potentially corrosive chemicals, preserving its structural integrity and performance.
