    BESONDERE EIGENSCHAFTEN Das Leica Summilux-M 1:1,4/50 mm ASPH. zeichnet sich durch eine über fast das gesamte Bildfeld gleichmäßige, sehr hohe Abbildungsleistung aus, die schon bei offener Blende nur in den äußersten Formatecken etwas abfällt. Selbst bei kürzester Einstell-Entfernung bleibt diese Leistung weitgehend erhalten.
  • Page 8 AUFBAU DER LEICA M-OBJEKTIVE Alle Leica M-Objektive weisen im Prinzip den gleichen äußeren Aufbau auf: es gibt einen Blenden-Einstellring (4), einen Einstellring für die Entfernung (5) und einen feststehenden Ring (6) mit Index für die Entfernungseinstellung (6a), einer Schärfentiefe-Skala (6b), sowie einem roten Indexknopf für den Objektivwechsel (6c).
  • Page 9 Am Leica Summilux-M 1:1,4/50mm ASPH. können Einschraubfilter E46 verwendet werden. Von Leica ist ein entsprechendes UVa-Filter erhältlich, sowie speziell für die Leica M8 ein UV/IR Filter. Die Möglichkeit, das Filter vor den Sucher zu schwenken, erlaubt die Kontrolle der Wirkung durch den Kamerasucher ohne weitere Einstellungen.
  • Page 10 TIPPS ZUR PFLEGE IHRES OBJEKTIVS Staub auf den Außenlinsen wird mit einem weichen Haarpinsel oder vorsich- tig mit einem sauberen, trockenen, weichen Tuch entfernt. Besonders geeig- net sind Mikrofasertücher (erhältlich im Fachhandel), die bis 40°C waschbar sind, niemals gebügelt und in einem Schutzbehälter aufbewahrt werden. Zur Beseitigung von Flecken und Fingerabdrücken wird mit diesem Tuch die Linse von der Mitte aus in kreisförmigen Bewegungen zum Rand hin gereinigt.

    FILTERS E46 screw-on filters can be used on the Leica Summilux-M 50mm f/1.4 ASPH.. A corresponding UVa filter is available from Leica, as well as a UV/IR filter specifically for the Leica M8. The universal polarizing filter can also be used.
  • Page 18 TIPS ON LENS CARE Dust on the outside of the lens should be removed carefully with a soft- haired brush or a soft, clean, dry cloth. We recommend micro-fiber cloths (available from photographic and optical specialists) that are stored in a pro- tective container and can be washed at temperatures of up to 40°C (without fabric soften er, never iron!).If stains and finger have to be removed, use such a cloth and clean with a circular movement starting at the center of the lens.

Omdat het filter voor de zoeker kan worden gedraaid, kan het effect door de camerazoeker worden gecontroleerd zonder opnieuw te hoeven instellen.
