Intended use
The device (power supply) provides power to notebooks, MacBooks, Tablets,
Smartphones and devices supplied with power by USB in dry rooms.
It is exclusively intended for private use according to this manual and cannot
be used for commercial purposes.
Any other use is not deemed as normal use and may lead to material
damages or even to personal injuries.

Please make sure that also children follow these instructions!
With every danger remove the power plug or initiate fuse!
DANGER: ELECTRIC SHOCK
– By touching the connections:
=> DO NOT touch the metal parts when inserting the plug
– With open, wet or defective device:
=> DO NOT open the device
=> DO NOT use in damp places or outdoors
=> DO NOT use the device when it looks damaged
– Due to faulty socket:
=> DON NOT connect the device EVER to a defective socket
– Placing the charging plugs into the socket
=> Only plug the provided for this reason socket
DANGER: FIRE/FLAMES
– Due to electrical short-circuit:
=> DO NOT open the device and DO NOT use if damaged
=> DO NOT use in damp places or outdoors
– Due to operation at very high temperature / overload /
overheating / short circuit
=> Place on device load only within the limits of the technical specifications
=> DO NOT use at very high temperatures and/or when the device is
covered and/or humid environment. Make sure there is enough ventilation.
=> DO NOT expose the device to direct sunlight
=> DO NOT overload the machine! Compare the technical characteristics,
the maximum load, with data on the data plate of the device to be charged.
– Due toshort circuit:
=> Do not short circuit the contacts.

ATTENTION: INJURY HAZARD and risk of material damage
– Due to excessive temperatures:
=> Do not operate the device outside the permissible temperature range
and/or while you have covered it. Make sure there is enough ventilation.
– Due to incorrect use:
=> The power supply and the connected device must be compatible.
=> Use ONLY if the data on the data plate comply with the device to be
connected
=> Use ONLY if the connectors match the device to be connected
=> Make sure that they are firmly placed and do not move
=> Do not insert the plug using violence
– Due to interference
=> DO NOT use the device when its function creates interference to other
devices.
– Avoid Additional Weight Load Stress:
=> Do not stress the plugged power supply by additional weight loads, by for
example placing the device to be charged onto the power supply or similar.
Operation/assembly/disassembly:
Function /charging laptops
A) Operation – In General
Do NOT yet connect the power supply to the mains socket.
1. Make sure that the indications on the label of the power supply do match
with the specifications of the power grid.
Don't use the power supply in case it is incompatible to the power grid
specifications.
2. Compare the voltage and current specifications indicated on the label of the
original power supply or on the device to be connected with the information
indicated on the label of the Vivanco power supply and the USB cable.
Do not use the power supply in case the specifications are incompatible with
the device being charged.
3. Connect the attached USB Type-C
cable to the socket of the power supply.

B) Operation / charging of devices with USB Type-C
Do only continue if you followed the instructions of section A).
1. Connect the included USB Type-C
®
cable to the socket of the power supply.
2. Do only now connect the power supply with the main.
3. Connect the power supply to the notebook and check charging status.
C) Disconnecting:
Follow the inverse order of step B)
Disposal of the device
This device shall not be disposed with household waste. Please hand it
over to any collection point for electric devices in your community or
district.
Disposal of packing
Packing material shall be recycled. Please do not dispose with
household waste and act according to local disposal regulations.
