    Walk-Behind Trowels Machine Description and Intended Use This machine is a walk-behind concrete finishing trowel. The Wacker Neuson Walk-Behind Trowel consists of a frame onto which are mounted a gasoline engine, a fuel tank, a gearbox, and a control handle. A set of four metal blades is connected to the gearbox and is surrounded by a ring guard.

    Operation Walk-Behind Trowels Braking System The braking system of the trowel is spring-loaded. ■ The brake is engaged when the input shaft of the gearbox is not rotating and/or there is no resistance against the blades of the trowel. ■ The brake is released when the input shaft is rotating while there is resistance on the blades.
