1. Introduction VC-01 Handheld Vibration Calibrator is a small, portable calibration instrument. It provides a stable vibration reference source, which can conveniently and accurately calibrate accelerometers, velocity sensors and displacement sensors, and could also test the measurement system composed of sensors to determine whether the sensors and the whole measurement system are working properly. - Page 4 VC-01 includes sinusoidal signal generator, power amplifier, electrodynamic shaker, and high- stability standard reference accelerometer provide a high- quality vibration reference source using closed-loop control. Principle of operation The VC-01 Handheld Vibration Calibrator uses a built- in standard accelerometer and an external transducer under test mounted back-to- back for testing by the comparison method, using closed-loop control to provide a highly stable vibration reference source. - Page 7 9.81m/s 2 rms.
