The function has to be

Releasing bursts of steam

You can release bursts of steam during
the cooking process in all oven func-
tions (except
Eco Fan heat

is completed to allow the steam to be
distributed evenly by the warm air in
the oven.

You can change to another function dur-
ing a cooking programme.
 Touch the symbol for the selected
function.
