Safety Precautions

IMPORTANT:
READ CAREFULLY BEFORE INSTALLING THE DEVICE. RETAIN FOR FUTURE REFERENCE.
GENERAL:
Upon receipt of the device, thoroughly inspect for any freight damage which should be brought to the attention of the delivery
carrier.
Turn off electrical power at fuse or circuit breaker box before wiring fixture.
Turn off the power when you perform any maintenance.
Verify that supply voltage is correct by comparing it with the device label information.
All wiring connections should be capped with UL approved wire connectors.
Account for small parts and destroy packing material, as these may be hazardous to children.
Risk of burn. Disconnect power and allow device to cool before handling it.
Trouble Shooting Checklist
Check your power source.
Check electrical connections.
Refer to commissioing guide and FAQ document.

Installation Instructions

1.
Use an Octagonal Junction Box to mount the sensor to the ceiling (make a cut to the ceiling tile to mount the senor onto the
junction box).
2.
Pull the high voltage wires into the J-Box through the conduit knockout.
3.
Connect the high voltage wires to the appropriate terminals on the sensor.
4.
Loosen the appliance mounting screws attached to the J-Box.
5.
Align the sensor in the J-Box so that the mounting screws on the box match the key holes on the sensor's rear housing.
6.
Push the sensor up into the J-Box and twist it so that the mounting screws are seated in the keyhole slots.
7.
Tighten the two screws to secure the sensor to the J-Box.
8.
Snap the front cover onto the sensor.
9.
