Page 4 EZ DOCK - OPTIMUS BOATPORT INSTALLATION GUIDE Fig.3 Place S20817 on top (Fig.3), use 104015- Bolt 5/16-18 x1-1/2”, SP1835400 washer, and 117004 lock washer, tighten hardware together at 10 ft.lbs. of torque using ½” socket with long extension (4 places).
Page 5 EZ DOCK - OPTIMUS BOATPORT INSTALLATION GUIDE Installing clips and rollers. Install S20821 in the 2 space across from each other using 80510SS Bolt 5/16-18 x 1” in each area that a roller will go (Fig.5). Fig.6 shows rollers going into place and (Fig.7) all rollers in place.
