    Remove the six Phillips 2.5 × 6.0 screws (1) from under the feet and the four Phillips 2.5 × 7.0 screws (2) that secure the bottom cover to the computer. Starting near the bottom-left of the bottom cover, use a nonmarking, nonconductive tool to release the edges of the bottom cover from the computer (1).

    Remove the three Phillips M2.0 × 4.0 screws (1) and the three Phillips M2.0 × 2.5 screws (2) that secure the system board to the computer. Lift the side of the system board upward (3), and then pull the system board away from the connectors on the side of the computer to remove it (4).
