Place the box in a position that is flat and level, and that you have sufficient space to unbox and remove the Adkins Inline 800 from the palette. Remove the straps, followed by the lid then the four sides, taking care not to damaged/scratch the Adkins Inline 800.

UNBOXING/SET UP Please read before connecting to power and operation The heater hood and side panels are fixed by screws for transportation and need to be removed, and the filter door connection checked. 1. Open the filter door by unscrewing the thumb screw as marked (A) below, it does not require to be removed, just enough so the door can lift and swing open.

If there is any mis-aligmnment the media can move or track off while in operation causing issues. Use a tape measure to check that the front of the Adkins Inline 800 is aligned to your printer. See image below (we recommend a gap of approx 40cm from the printer to the Adkins Inline 800: 7.

MAINTENANCE Make sure dryer is switched off and cold before carrying out any maintenance. DAILY 1. At the end of operation, remove any excess powder that has landed outside the trough/shaker. 2. Any build up of oil/water vapour should be wiped clean with a cloth. 3.
FILTRATION SYSTEM The shaker is fitted with a three-stage filtration system. Stage 1: Air is drawn in through the upper exhaust inlet from the hood of the dryer, and passed down into the cooling zone at the bottom, where it will separate the oil from the exhausted air. Stage 2: The air will then pass through the carbon filter element, which will filter out fine particles.
