different UI effects on the homepage.

Wallpaper: The system provides 10 pieces of wallpaper with automatic rotate multicast;click
users can upload the customized wallpaper;

Small Components: Prompt language switch, control whether page prompt language will display;
Display window, can control the switch and display content,also can choose the two fuctions of
sourcing and scanning code to occupy the screen;
