3) Reduce the input level by 3dB and record
400.Hz, —14 dBV (200 mV). Then reproduce
it and check distortion of the output signal at
terminals OUTPUT.
4) Distortion should not exceed 1.5% at the
audio channels' (Land. R) and 2.0 % at the
CUE. channel, Use the MTT-5061 tape for this
measurement. :
If the requirements are not met, check the
bias level, then S/N and overall frequency, too.
