Replace the battery
Place the battery into its slot, with the gold contacts of
the battery facing the corresponding gold contacts on
the side of the phone. Then lock it by pushing it
downwards.
Getting Started
Replace the back cover
Replace the back cover by sliding it down into its slot
until it stops.
Remove the protective film covering the screen before
using the phone.
Switch on the phone
To switch on the phone, long press ) key. Enter the
PIN code if required. The PIN code is a 4- to 8-digit
secret code of your SIM card. It is preconfigured and
communicated to you by your network operator or
retailer. For more information on PIN codes, see
"Call Settings" on page 36.
