Idle screen type
You can select your idle screen display, such as a

Analog
Clock,
Month View
Contracted idle screen
This option is only available for Digital Clock idle
On
screen display. Select
time, date and week info.
Wallpaper
You can set the wallpaper of your idle screen. You can
choose among three types of wallpaper as follows:
(These wallpaper are only available for Digital Clock
idle screen display).
Embedded
The static background picture preset
pictures
on your phone.
Own
Pictures
pictures
downloaded from MMS, InfraRed,
WAP or USB, and the pictures you
have taken using the camera.
If your wallpaper picture is in gif format, your phone
will not be able to recognize the picture when it is
connected with a USB cable. Instead, the default
phone picture will appear. You will be able to view

your picture again when you remove the USB cable
from your phone.
Color theme
You can set the colour theme of your mobile phone
display. There are three types of color themes available
for your selection:
Color theme
1. Enter
color theme.
2. Press , to confirm the selection of this color
theme. The selected color theme will be indicated
with a circle on its right.
Brightness
You can select from five brightness level and press +/-
to select the level of brightness. Your selected
brightness level will take immediate effect. You can
then press , or L
Backlight

You can set the backlight duration to 10 seconds, 30
seconds or 60 seconds.
Welcome text
When you select this menu, the text editor will be
activated. You can edit the text greetings to be displayed
after the power on animation when you switch on your
phone. The maximum length of the text greetings is 20
Chinese characters or 40 English alphabets.
