Schneiden Sie hierzu erst einen mittigen Schnitt in die Verkleidung, da diese danach leicht einfällt. Nun arbeiten Sie den Ausschnitt gemäß Skizze A3-4.

Achten Sie darauf, dass sich die Schnüre nicht verdrehen. Wir empfehlen den Zusammenbau auf einer ebenen Unterlage. A4.1...
- Page 5 A5+A5.1: Ziehen Sie hierzu die Dichtung ab. Stecken Sie das Befesti- gungsblech mittig auf den Karosseriefalz der Türe. Ziehen Sie hierzu die Dichtung ab und positionieren das Befesti- gungsblech so, dass der lange Schenkel nach innen zeigt. Anschließen drücken Sie die Dichtung wieder auf den Falz. A5.1 Achten Sie dabei, dass die Bürste bündig mit der Rahmenecke positioniert. Positionieren Sie die Griffleiste so, dass das untere Kopfstück der Griffleiste in das Bodenprofil und das obere Kopfstück in die obere Führung greift.
- Page 6 Schritt 4: (Montage der Insektenschutztür) A8+A8.1: Drücken Sie die Blende in die Kassettennut. Achten Sie auf die Ausrichtung der Blende. Diese muss mit der Rundung zum oberen Führungsprofil zeigt. Die Blende muss oben bündig zur Rahmenecke positioniert werden. Drücken Sie den Kan- tenschutz auf die Blende und kürzen diesen entsprechend. A8.1 Positionieren Sie die Insektenschutztür mit der Bodenschiene in die ausgeschnittene Nut in der Bodenplatte. Drücken Sie diese leicht gegen die Verkleidung der C-Säule. Auf mittle- rer Höhe des Kassettenprofils erkennen Sie einen Bereich in dem ein Spalt zwischen der Verkleidung und der Blende entsteht. Markieren Sie diesen Bereich damit Sie später dort das Kompriband aufkleben können. A10: Entnehmen Sie die Insektenschutztüre aus der ausgeschnit- tenen Nut. Kleben Sie das Kompriband auf den markierten Bereich der Blende, sodass der sichtbare Spalt zwischen der Verkleidung und der Blende abgedichtet ist.
- Page 7 A11+A11.1+A11.2: Setzen Sie die Insektenschutztüre wieder in die Nut der Bodenplatt ein. Klipsen Sie den langen Schenkel des Befe- stigungswinkel in die Nut des oberen Führungsprofil ein (A 11.1). Das obere Führungsprofil soll nun in dem Ausschnitt der Verkleidung (A11.2) sitzen. A11.1 A11.2 A12: Verschrauben Sie die Bodenschiene mit der Bodenplatte. Nutzen Sie die drei mitgelieferten Senkkopfsschrauben (A) 3,0x16.
- Page 8 A13: Schließen Sie die Insektenschutztüre und markieren die Position der Bohrlöcher im Fahrzeugblech. Bitte beachten Sie, dass das Führungsprofil zum Kopfstück max. 2 mm Luft haben darf. Bringen Sie die Griffleiste in Ruheposition und A13-2 bohren Sie die Löche mit einem 2mm Bohrer vor. A14: Schrauben Sie das obere Führungsprofil an der markierten Position mit den Senkkopfschrauben 3,0x16 fest. A15.1+A15.2: A15.1 Bohren Sie die Blende mit einem 2,5 mm Bohrer im darge- stellten oberen und unteren Bereich vor und verschrauben diese mit den Linsenkopfschrauben 3,5 x 25. A15.2...
- Page 9 Schritt 5: (Einstellung der Schnurspannung falls erforderlich) A16: Um die Schnurspannung einzustellen, lokalisieren Sie den Schnurspanner im oberen Führungsprofil. Lösen Sie den Gewindestift mit einem Innensechskant Größe 1,5mm. Für eine stärkere Schnurspannung, ziehen Sie den Schnur- spanner in Richtung Griffleiste und drehen den Gewindestift wieder fest. Für eine schwächere Schnurspannung, ziehen Sie den Ge- windestift in die entgegengesetzte Richtung und drehen den Gewindestift wieder fest. ACHTUNG: Spannen Sie die Schnur nicht zu stark. Dies kann zu einem Schnurriss führen, wodurch die Garantie auf das Produkt erlischt. A17: Stellen Sie die Position des Schnurspanners im Bodenprofil fest. Fahren Sie vorsichtig mit dem Finger zwischen den Bür- sten des Bodenprofils entlang. Der Schnurspanner befindet sich im unteren Kanal des Bodenprofils und wird von den Bürsten verdeckt.
- Page 10 A19: Vergewissern Sie sich, dass die Griffleiste nach dem Spannen parallel zum Kassettenprofil bzw. zur Türdichtung steht. Hinweis: Beim Spannen oder Lösen wird die Griffleiste in folgender Richtung ausgerichtet: Schnurspanner Richtung Spannen Lösen oben oben unten unten Achtung: Die Vorspannung darf nicht zu stramm ein- gestellt sein, da ansonsten die Bedienung zu schwer- gängig wird und die Schnüre schlimmstenfalls reißen könnten!

Step 2: (Check installation space) For the Installation of the flyscreen it is necessary to prepa- re the floor panel. A groove must be cut in the floor panel. The position of the groove depends on the plastic panel of the C-pillar. Place the flyscreen on the floor panel and rest it against the plastic panel. - Page 14 US/GB A5+A5.1: Take the sealing off the metal sheet. Place the fastener on the centre of the upper frame edge. Position the fastener with the long leg pointing inward and ensure its tight fit (A5.1). Press the sealing back on the metal sheet. A5.1 Ensure that the upper brush is flushwith the frame corner. Ensure that the handle bar is close to the frame profile. The lower part must engage with the lower guide profile. The upper plastic part must engage in the upper guide profile.
- Page 15 Step 4: (Mounting the insect screen door) US/GB A8+A8.1: Press the cover into the cassette grove with the rounding facing upwards. The cover must be level with the upper frame corner. A8.1 Position the insect screen in the groove of the floor rail and press it lightly against the trim of the C-pillar. In the middle area you will see a gap between the trim and the screen. Mark this area so that you can apply the adhesive tape there later. A10: Now stick the adhesive tape onto the marked area of the cover.

The upper guiding profile now sits in the cut-out of the casing 11.1. A11.1 A11.2 A12: Screw down the bottom rail with three countersunk screws (A) 3.0x16.

Please note that the guide profile must not have more than 2 mm of air to the head piece. A13-2 Bring the handle bar into rest position and pre-drill the hole with a 2 mm drill bit. A14: Screw the upper guide rail in place at the marked position with the countersunk screws 3.0x16. A15.1+A15.2: A15.1 Pre-drill the cover with a 2.5 mm drill bit in the upper as shown and lower area shown and screw it in place with the 3.5 x 25 pan-head screws. A15.2...
- Page 18 Step 5: (Adjusting the cord tension if necessary) US/GB A16: To adjust the cord tension, loosen the threaded pin in the cord tensioner with a small hexagon socket 1,5mm. It sits in the upper guide profile. Now pull the string tensioner in the di- rection of the handle bar to tighten it more or in the opposite direction to loosen the tension. Tighten the grub screw again. Please do not tighten the cord too much, this may cause the cord to break, which will invalidate the guarantee on the product. A17: To determine the position of the cord tensioner in the floor profile, carefully walk your finger between the brushes of the floor profile. The cord tensioner is located in the lower channel of the floor profile and is covered by the brushes.
