Installing the Hydraulic Hoses
Parts needed for this procedure:

Adapter fittings

Hydraulic hoses

Hose-mount clamp
4
Bolt (1/2 x 2-1/4 inches)
Procedure
1. Install the 2 adapter fittings onto the machine

2. Remove the 4 bolts, washers, and nuts
Note: Discard the bolts.
3. Secure the hose-mount clamp using 4 bolts (1/2 x
2-1/4 inches) and 4 washers and the nuts previously
removed as shown in
4. Torque the bolts to 127 to 157 N∙m (94 to 116 ft-lb).
5. Route 1 of the hoses from the lower port on the
cylinder to the left port on the machine
