TURN ON/OFF
Pull-out/push-in POWER - VOLUME knob.
ACTIVATE BACKLIGHTING
Step 1: To turn meter and LCD backlighting "on" or "off"

CHOOSING A CHANNEL PLAN
Channel Plans:
NCTA: Standard, HRC, IRC PAL: B/G, A
Jerrold: Standard HRC, IRC GMBH: 1, 2
Custom: 2 User programmable plans BELG: AP
Step 1: Press :
Step 2: Press(1) or [y] to scroll through channel plans.
Step 3: Stop scrolling when desired plan is displayed and
press 3
LineSAM will tune according to that plan.
PROGRAMMING A CUSTOM CHANNEL PLAN
Step 1: Press(FCN)(PLAN) .
Step 2: Press{+) or (1) until display shows the custom plan
to be programmed.
Step 3: Press(FCN)(PGM) .
Step 4: Press {+} until the channel number to be programmed
is displayed.
Step 5: Enter the video frequency, then press (FRA),
Step 6: . Press enter the audio carrier frequency and
press FRG),
Repeat steps 4 through 6 until the desired channel
plan is entered.
Step 7: Exit the Custom Plan Programming Mode by press
ing (CLR) .
Exit the Channel Plan Selection Mode by pressing
again.
