5. CONTROL PANEL

The green light lit up indicates that the
device is energized (fig.1/a).
The yellow light lit up indicates that the
pump is running (fig.1/b).
Reset button to push in case of
anomaly (fig.1/c).

6. INSTALLATION - PLACEMENT
Install the device to ease the inspection, maintenance, and
assistance. Install the device in a well-ventilated room for
proper pump cooling.
The device may be installed internally or externally if protected
from direct sunlight, rain, and snow.
7. INSTALLATION - ASSEMBLING
The device may be installed directly on the pump or between
the pump and the first tap (fig.2).
Install the device strictly with the flow arrows directed upwards
and in a position that facilitates control panel visibility and
accessibility (fig.2/b).
No tap can be installed between the pump and the device
(fig.2/b).
Do not use in case of negative suction (fig 2/d).
It is recommended to apply a relief valve at the exit of the
device to test the pump's and the device's functioning,
excluding the hydraulic system through the valve.

8. ELECTRICAL WIRING

Electrical shock – Risk of death or serious
personal injuries.
Turn off the power before starting to work on the
device. Check that the power supply cannot be
restored accidentally.
WARNING: Electrical shock – Risk of death or serious
personal injuries.
Connect the wires to the protective conductor of the
earthing system and protect it from indirect contacts in
compliance with relative local regulations.
Power cables without plugs must be connected to a
switch in compliance with the relative local regulation.
- The system must be equipped with a residual current device
(RCD) with a trip current lower than 30 mA.
- The device must be connected to an external network switch
with a distance of at least 3 mm at all poles.
- Electrical wiring must be performed by qualified personnel in
compliance with relative local regulations.
- The device may be powered by a generator or by an
alternative energy supply if power supply requirements have
been satisfied.
- Connect the products without the supplied cable by following
the instructions listed below:
1. Remove the cover from the forward part of the device.
2. Carry out the electrical wiring according to the
electrical diagram (fig. 4/a).
3. Fix the cover with all the screws and ensure to close
the cable gland rings well to maintain the IP65
protection class.
