Troubleshooting
6-6-4 No Peltier Output
The output voltage of PELTIER ranges ± 0V ~ ± 2V. In initial POWER ON, it is output 0V.
As the ambient temperature varies, the voltage goes up to maximum 2V.
When the temperature is normal (25
temperature, PELTIER operates at less than 2V.
When the voltage of CN803A pin 6 varies from 5V to 0V according to temperature the output
voltage of R-PELTIER varies from 0V to 2V (Negative Characteristic).
Because the response characteristic is slow, remove CN805A ~ CN807A PELTIER when troubleshooting.
Connect 1Ω resistance (about 15W) and check the output voltage of C858, C871, C883 when +5V and
0V are input to CN803A pins 6,4,2 (When 5V is input, 0V is output. When 0V is input, 2V is output).
