Always use saw blades with correct size and shape
u
(diamond versus round) of arbour holes. Saw blades
that do not match the mounting hardware of the saw will
run off-centre, causing loss of control.
Never use damaged or incorrect saw blade mounting
u
means such as flanges, saw blade washers, bolts or
nuts. These mounting means were specially designed for
your saw, for safe operation and optimum performance.
Never stand on the table saw, do not use it as a step-
u
ping stool. Serious injury could occur if the tool is tipped
or if the cutting tool is accidentally contacted.
Make sure that the saw blade is installed to rotate in
u
the proper direction. Do not use grinding wheels, wire
brushes, or abrasive wheels on a table saw. Improper
saw blade installation or use of accessories not recom-
mended may cause serious injury.
Additional safety warnings
When mounting the saw blade, wear protective
u
gloves. This poses a risk of injury.
Do not use HSS saw blades. Such saw blades can easily
u
break.
Only use saw blades that match the specifications
u
given in this operating manual and that are tested and
marked in accordance with EN 847-1
Never use the tool without the table insert. Replace
u
table insert if defective. Without flawless table inserts,
injuries are possible from the saw blade.
Keep your work area clean. Material mixtures are partic-
u
ularly hazardous. Light metal dust may catch fire or ex-
plode.
Choose the saw blade suited to the material you want
u
to work on.
Only use saw blades that are recommended by the
u
power tool manufacturer and are suitable for using on
the material you want to saw.
Only advance the workpiece towards the saw blade
u
when it is running. Otherwise there is a risk of kickback
occurring if the saw blade catches in the workpiece.
In case of damage and improper use of the battery, va-
u
pours may be emitted. The battery can set alight or ex-
plode. Ensure the area is well ventilated and seek medical
attention should you experience any adverse effects. The
vapours may irritate the respiratory system.
Do not open the battery. There is a risk of short-circuit-
u
ing.
The battery can be damaged by pointed objects such
u
as nails or screwdrivers or by force applied externally.
An internal short circuit may occur, causing the battery to
burn, smoke, explode or overheat.
Only use the battery with products from the manufac-
u
turer. This is the only way in which you can protect the
battery against dangerous overload.

continuous intense sunlight, fire, dirt, water
and moisture. There is a risk of explosion and
short-circuiting.
