Anschlu8 fiir UKW-Antenne
In Sendernahe gentigt meist
der Anschlu8 der eingebauten
UKW-Antenne. Fir den
UKW-Empfang in ungiinstigen
Empfangslagen, d. h. in
bergigen Gegenden, oder wenn
man weiter entfernte UKW-
Sender empfangen méchte,
ist ein Zimmerdipol, bei
héchsten Anspriichen ein
AuBendipol von Vorteil. Der
AuBendipol ist nach Méglich-
keit hoch und freistehend auf
das Hausdach zu montieren
und auf besten Empfang
auszurlchten.
Mit der UKW-Antenne kénnen
Sie auch auf dem Kurzwellen-
bereich empfangen,
da Ihr Gera&t mit einer
entsprechenden Durchschaltung
versehen ist. Sollten Sie aber
auf Grund der 6rtlichen
Empfangsverhdltnisse
getrennte
Antennen
verwenden missen, d. h. den
AuBendipol oder die
eingebaute Antenne fir UKW-
Empfang und eine geschirmte
AuBenantenne fiir den Empfang
auf den anderen Bereichen, so
zlehen Sie bitte den Drahtbiigel
zwischen den Antennenbuchsen
mit einem spitzen Werkzeug
heraus.
MW-LW-Empfang
Die eingebaute Ferritantenne
ist bei Mittel- und Langwellen-
empfang wirksam. Dank ihrer
ausgesprochenen Richtwirkung
laBt sich durch Drehen des
Gerates um seine senkrechte
Achse der Empfang schwacher
oder gestérter Sender meist
wesentlich verbessern.

If you live near by an FM
station, the built-in FM
dipole will give excellent
results. At difficult reception
conditions however (in hilly
regions or if the station is
very distant), a room
antenna or — for highest
demands, an FM outdoor
dipole, will be necessary. The
outdoor antenna should be
mounted as high as possible
and it should face the desired
station.
SW stations can also be
received with the FM Dipole
without changing the antenna
socket, for the set is equipped
with an interconnection.
If two different antennas for
FM and AM are used, the wire
link between the antenna
sockets has to be removed to
avoid unwanted interference.
MW-LW-Reception
Under normal conditions, the
built-in ferrite antenna will give
excellent results in most
locations. Turn the receiver
about its vertical axis for best
reception and to reduce inter-
ference.

L'antenne FM incorporée
suffira dans de nombreux cas
a recevoir bon nombre
d'émetteurs. Dans des endroits
défavorisés, c'est a dire en
montagne, ou pour capter des
émetteurs FM éloigneés, il
sera nécessaire d'utiliser une -
antenne de chambre ou, pour
les exigences les plus hautes,
un dipdle FM extérieur.
Celui-ci doit étre monté sur le
toit, tres haut et dégagé
si possible, et étre orienté vers
l'émetteur.
Ce dipéle FM extérieur
permet égalementune réception
précaire des gammes courtes,
l'appareil étant muni d'une
liaison interne correspondante.
Si les conditions de réception
locales imposent l'emploi de
deux antennes séparées pour
AM et FM, il est indispensable
d'enlever la boucle entre les
prises antennes; ceci pour
éviter une influence réciproque
