    All Boyd manufactured products are warranted against defects in material or workmanship only. No other warranties are expressed or implied. This warranty shall extend for three (3) years for parts and one (1) year for labor. The Boyd warranty only covers products manufactured by Boyd. If prior to or during the Unpacking process damage to product is found or items are missing, immediately note with the transporter and contact Boyd Customer Service to file shipping damage claim or expedite the replacement of any missing item.     Product Manual CHAIR INSTALLATION AND INITIALIZATION NOTE: Full size paper templates are available to help determine the specific location of chair and utilities prior to actual installation. Warning: Chair Base must be anchored to floor through the pre-drilled base plate locations.     Product Manual UPHOLSTERY INSTALLATION AND REMOVAL [Refer to diagrams for component locations] Back Upholstery: The back upholstery must be in place before installing the seat upholstery. Place the Hangers located toward the top of the seat upholstery into the Back Frame Slots and slide upholstery downward until it stops on hangers.
  • Page 14 Product Manual Toe Upholstery: (M3010LS & E3010LS): Locate the four (4) Hangers on the back of the Toe Upholstery and align with the four (4) Receiving Slots on the Toe Frame. Slide the Toe Upholstery downward until it stops on hangers. Secure the Top Upholstery Flap by attaching the Velcro Strip on flap to Velcro Strip on the front of the Seat Frame.

    Product Manual OPERATION INSTRUCTIONS Position Memory Programming: Using the manual up/down control levers, position the chair as desired. Wait at least three (3) seconds, then depress and hold the Save button (S) for four (4) seconds. You will hear an audible confirmation beep. After hearing beep, within two (2) seconds, depress the button for the desired memory location (“1”,”2”,”3”).

Do not allow small children to play on, around, or underneath chair or base. No service animals on/underneath chair or base. Check to be certain that all persons are clear of the chair before operating chair functions.

Headrest Height Adjustment CAUTION: It is strongly recommended that the headrest height be adjusted before lowering the chair back or when motion has stopped. To lower or raise the headrest, support the headrest with one hand and depress the Headrest Release Lever with the free hand.

    Disposal of Equipment Boyd chairs are designed and built to last and provide efficient and safe service for many years. The expected service life of the M3000LS or 3010LS models is 15 years. When the time finally comes to retire the chair, please dispose of the equipment according to statutory and regulatory requirements.

    NOTE: The Reset procedure will erase stored memory settings. Follow instructions on Page 15 to Program the Memory. Noisy Motor(s) Potentially damaged motor gears. Call Boyd for Service.
