When using an EFFECT TYPE which does not require the MSB, parameters of addresses 02...0B are received, and parameters of addresses 30...42 are not
received.
When using an EFFECT TYPE which requires the MSB, parameters of addresses 30...42 are received, and parameters of addresses 02...0B are not received.
Bulk data which includes the EFFECT TYPE is always transmitted with the parameters of addresses 02...0B, but in the case of an EFFECT TYPE which requires
the MSB, parameters of addresses 02...0B are not received even for bulk reception.
