TROUBLESHOOTING

Caution! Before troubleshooting, disconnect from the power supply. Only a qualified
electrician or trained person must do the troubleshooting that is not in this manual.
Important! Please be aware that there will be some sounds created during normal use
(compressor, refrigerant circulation).
SYMPTOM
Refrigerator does not
seem to be working
or on
The food is not
cold enough
Food and beverages
are too cold
Unusual noises
Water leaking onto
the floor

The temperature knob may be set at 0. Set the knob to desired number
to switch on the unit.
Plug may not be plugged in all the way or loose. Remove and insert
into socket.
Temperature may not be properly adjusted. Please look in the
Temperature Control section on page 7.
If a large quantity of warm food was placed in the refrigerator within
the last 24 hours, colder air is needed. Turn the Thermostat to a colder
setting temporarily.
If the refrigerator is installed near a heater, it may be slowing down the
cooling in the refrigerator. Move the refrigerator away from anything
radiating heat.
Turn the Thermostat to a warmer setting temporarily.
The refrigerator is not level. You may need to readjust the feet.
Move the unit slightly if it is touching the wall or other objects.
Water drain hole may be blocked; see cleaning instructions on page 8.
