Introduction
Welcome to CD Video (CDV), the latest application of optical disc
technology. CD Video combines the digital audio of the Compact
Disc with high-quality analogue video, creating a new audio/video
world standard.
With this clear preference in mind, the idea of expanding the system
to include moving video was the next logical step.
Unpacking
ae
~ An A/V Euro cable (not with all versions).
- A75ohm FF antenna cable.
- An audio cable.
- Aremote control unit type RV 5914.
- Batteries for the remote control.
— A sheet of 'FTS' stickers.

Checking the power supply
e If your mains supply voltage is different, consult your dealer or our
Service Organisation.
Removing the transit clamps
@ Turn the player upside down.
e Turn the clamps clockwise and remove them from the player.
@ Store them in the recesses provided at the rear of the player.
If you wantto transport the player, the transit clamps must be refitted.
